Douglas J. McBride, O.D.
Dr. McBride is a native of Billings, Montana. He graduated from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon in 1974 and earned his Doctorate of Optometry Degree in 1978 from Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. McBride has been a member of the Montana Optometric Association his entire career, serving as its President in 1985 - 86. He is also an appointed member of the Montana State Board of Examiners for Optometry, serving since 1993.
Laser vision correction is a specialty of Dr. McBride and he has been on the TLC - Big Sky Advisory Board since its inception in 1997 and is currently the Chairman.
Dr. McBride and his wife Lil have four children. When he's not spending time with his family, you might find him on the golf course or with a fly rod in his hand.

Kevin W.McBride, O.D.
Dr. McBride received his Doctor of optometry Degree with honors from Pacific University College Optometry in 1985. He returned to practice in his hometown of Billings, joining his brother in the family practice their father opened in 1951. Dr. McBride is a member of the Montana and American Optometry Associations, serving as MOA president in 1992. He was voted Montana's Young Optometrist of the Year in 1990, and Optometrist of the Year for Montana in 1993.
Dr. McBride's special interests include contact lenses, laser vision correction, and low vision. He has worked as a low vision specialist, caring for the needs of the partially sighted since 1987. Dr. McBride is a TLC Laser Eye Center affiliate, and he has served as the Montana State representative for Vision Service Plan since 1994.
Dr. McBride and his wife Shelley have two children who keep them occupied watching musical performances, theater, soccer matches, and golf.

Ceara R. Steiner O.D.
A native of North Dakota, Dr. Ceara's undergraduate work was done at the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND where she received an athletic scholarship to play basketball. After completing three years at the University of Mary, she applied and was accepted for early admission to Pacific University College of Optometry. Completing clinical rotations in the specialty areas of pediatric strabismus, vision therapy, ocular disease, and refractive surgery (LASIK, PRK, ICL’s), Dr. Ceara received her Visual Science and Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Ceara has completed Optometric Advanced Clinical Training with TLC Laser Eye Center in St. Louis, Missouri and in addition to joining our practice, she also serves as the Clinical Director at TLC-Billings.
Dr. Steiner is a member of the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and the Montana Optometric Association (MOA).
Dr. Ceara and her husband Dr. Joe, moved to Billings after graduation in order to be closer to family. In her spare time, she enjoys being with friends and family, exploring Montana and all it has to offer, running and golfing.

Joseph S. Steiner, O.D.
Dr. Joe, a native of North Dakota, was born and raised in Dickinson. Dr. Joe graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, where he earned a scholarship to play basketball. From there, he attended Pacific University College of Optometry and graduated in 2010. Dr. Joe went on to complete a residency program at the Jonathan M. Wainwright VA Medical Center where he specialized in ocular disease and surgical co-management. He is a member of the American Optometric Assosication (AOA) and Montana OptometricAssociateion (MOA). Dr. Joe and his wife, Ceara, share a love for sports especially basketball, running, and golf. Dr. Joe loves to fish, hunt, ski, and spend time in the outdoors of Montana.

Tim A. McBride, Optician and Lab Manager
Tim McBride received his education from Lakeshore Technical College and joined the family practice as the lab optician in Jan. 1979.
Tim and his wife Rika have three beautiful daughters. When he's not at work, you will find him with his family or working on his next home improvement project. Tim also loves to ski, fish and travel.

Bev has been with our office since 1978. She is an intricate part of our team, handling any task given to her. 35 years deserves a mention don't you think.

New to our office this year Jackie works as a front desk receptionist. Adding a touch of fun to the office, yet always taking care of patients needs.

Peggy has worked in the Optical field since 1981 joining us in May of 1988. She is certified optician with the American Board of Opticianry. Peggy works in our Optical lab, frame room, front desk, contact lens, special testing, an asset where ever she is needed.

Becky keeps our office moving as she and Maggie do the pre-testing, Optos and OCT imaging and filing. |

Maggie also new to our office, assists Becky in greeting patients and helping with all pre-testing.

Sharon has been with our office since 2003. She has worked in the Optical Industry for 20 years and is a Certified Optometric Assistant.
Sharon is in charge of our contact lens department and also works with Tim, Peggy, Kathi and Renee in our Optical dispensary.

Renee started with our office in 2012. She is a seasoned optician of 7 years and takes care of all tasks in optical, she also has fun being a fashion consultant in the frame room.

Kathi joined our office in 2011. She and Renee are always willing to help with accessorizing the frame room and helping with frame selection in optical.
